Yes, we provide an in-office team set-up called “Scale Up” at $2400/month per VA (minimum 40 hours/week, $15/hour, minimum of 5 Dedicated Full-time In-office Staff). This option is suitable for businesses requiring in-office tasks and handling sensitive data.
Our plans include a comprehensive suite of services, including management, training, recruiting, people relations, payroll, smart time tracking, secured communication, task management, and business process optimization.
The backup VA feature ensures high reliability for uninterrupted operations in case of unforeseen circumstances. It is available for virtual team plans.
Our meticulous hiring process includes needs assessment, precise job descriptions, resume screening, interviews, technical and background evaluations, optional client interviews, and client approval & onboarding.
Assistify goes beyond assigning individual VAs. We handle all aspects, including hiring, training, team management, and optimizing operational processes, allowing clients to focus on strategic decision-making for business growth.
Virtual teams at Assistify contribute to combating climate change by reducing commuting, promoting energy efficiency, adopting paperless operations, accessing global talent, encouraging flexible working models, and leveraging technology for sustainability.
For devices, our VAs themselves will provide the necessary equipment they needed for virtual team setups. However, for in-office team setups, there will be an additional fee as outlined in our contract (set-up fee).
We will also supplement our VAs with supportive tools that will ensure their productivity such as a smart time-tracking system (Webwork), a task management system (ClickUp), and a communication system (Slack).
